Academic advising is an important part of New Student Orientation (NSO). NSO is held prior to fall and spring semesters and is the University’s official welcome to the Blue Hen family. The academic advising component ensures that students understand the requirements for their chosen major. Academic advising during NSO involves coordination across multiple campus units. Transfer students and international students also attend special orientations designed specifically for their needs. Check out the tiles below for additional information regarding orientation and transition programs.
